Math Lessons and Tutoring from The Scholar Tree
When learning Math outside of school hours it is extremely important to take a careful approach to the subject. Many children find parts of Math frustrating and stressful – we like to mitigate that with a personal touch.
Our approach to teaching math
Here at Scholar Tree, we take a different approach to teaching math. We believe that if a child’s approach to match is laid out simply for them, then they can understand it better. Doing it this way helps to develop a love for math that your child would not have got from anywhere else. Each of our math lessons and tutoring sessions have been carefully planned out in a clearly defined structure to help your child fall in love with math and eventually excel at the subject.
Personal grade wise direction
We take the time to ensure that each step of the process is learned and understood correctly.
Easy, digestible learning
Using easy, digestible chunks of knowledge allows us to teach the harder parts of Math without too much difficulty ! We think it is first important to instill a love for mathematics before pursuing the harder goals. Once this has been established, many students show a fantastic aptitude for many math subjects. Our program has been developed in alignment with the state standards or national standards.
